Uploading pictures

I am again having issues uploading pictures from a mobile device, anyone else having any problems ?

Well that's very odd because from what I can see you have uploaded a few before. Could it be the camera has gone on strike or burnt out... As always Colin please try clearing down your device/browser cache/cookies etc. reboot and try again. Let me know here how you fare please.

It happens periodically, took many attempts today to load a couple of pictures. Keeps saying error, please try later or sometimes loads and stays on 0% ?

Yes those are the symptoms.

Good news. Seriously I think it helps to housekeep ones device on a regular basis in an attempt to minimise errors, lag etc. that may be caused by cache, cookies etc. I clear mine every day and also manage disk space, check for OS and browser updates. Think of your device as your body. Keep it in good shape and it will pay dividends. Its worked for me
