Uploading media to a group

I can upload media without problem to my own wall, but would like to post to some relevant groups. But I see no upload tab, button, etc. Lots of people post to groups, so I'm sure this is a dumb question on my part. Thanks.

Hey there. When you add media for a group it will go to your misc folder. But you can also take media from your album and add it to a post.

To the right of where it says 'Write Something' when you post in a group there are a few icons. Next to the smiley face is a camera. Click that.

From there you have a few options.

1. Upload from your existing album.

2. Post form an external source. This can be finicky depending on the source. Only YouTube videos work and sometimes pictures don't depending on a lot of factors. Most will though. Copy the link for the media and paste it in the place where it asks for the URL.

3. Upload media directly to the group but it will ultimately be stored in your Misc. album. Drag and drop into the box.
