System just spinning when I tried to submit a story today (3 tries). Anybody else having this problem?

Yes - it's too do with the cover photo - it has been reported.

Try uploading the story without the cover pic.
You can always add it later once the issue is solved.

I've tested the issue on both Chrome and Edge browsers as well as on Android Chrome, issue is the same on all 3. Confirmed that I could remove cover photo and able to commit Draft or commit Submit with no error.
Of course, this doesn't fix the problem where I'm trying to only update cover art on a published story 😕

Interestingly, I was just able to upload a picture to "Get Verified" and it uploaded successfully. So this isn't a site-wide issue of picture uploads failing.
