When I’m in the cd rooms and chatting, if I click on the person profile I just get a white screen, what am I doing wrong?

Hi there!

Is this happening in the Global chatrooms?

If it is in the global rooms, you won't be able to see other's profiles as you are not a member of the same site as them.
