problems with posting pics

Hi there, new to the Bronze membership and not having any luck copying and pasting pictures (gifs, jpgs) etc. I don't want to download to my computer but want to paste directy. Links work but not a direct picture. Just wondering of there may be a Lush setting that I am missing?? I have tried Windows 10 and Internet Explorer thinking it may be a browser but to no avail. Anyone with the same problem or have any suggestions? Thanks.

When posting a picture in the chat rooms or on to a wall you need. To right click on the image you want to copy and paste. But not the url at the top of the page

Hi! As Roger said, just right-click the image you want to share. From the list of options, click 'Copy Image Location' (on Firefox) or 'Copy image address' (on Chrome). Then paste as you wish.

Thank you all for your responses. Short of downloading Chrome or Firefox, I have tried all your suggestions and it's still yet to work. I will keep working on it.

There are some photos that are on the internet that have been encrypted so that could also be the problem if you tried to copy one of them

For the chat rooms you can just copy and paste the image url into the message box and send.

However rather different to include an image in a forum post:

Use Post reply and not Quick reply
You will see numerous options to the top of the box, e.g. Bold... Italics... Underline etc.
Click on the sixth option... Image link
That will present to img codes
Paste the image url in between the two codes (after the first ']') and post with text in addition to the image as you wish.


If you edit your first post you will see that I have successfully posted the last image using the img codes. Edit the post yourself to see how it looks.
