On my cell phone, when I try to get in a chat room it says null at the top and I get sent back out. Been happening for a couple days now

If you're using an iPhone, there is a known issue since the iOS 6 update. It's being worked on, we hope to have it fixed by next week.

Well, I am still waiting on some help for my chat problem? Am I possibly banned from chat for some reason? I have not chatted so I know of no reason wjhy I should be. I can't even access the rooms. Can someone help me?

considering it's working fine with everyone else then the problem could be with your browser. Have you tried any other browser?
