Every so often while chatting. in a private room. the person leaves the room and comes back white profile same name.(maybe a glitch) and while waiting for them to re appear. mods come into the rooms.. that appears to be empty on their side. but the room is still full and active on my side. and close the room.. This is becomming to happen quite a lot.. to me.. .when i'm finished with the room. I will close it. but when 2 people are taling it shouldn't be closed.. you know.
Sorry this has happened. As far as I know mods are closing rooms that show 0 members (i.e. vacant) if you (or someone else) were still in the room waiting it would show 1 member present. However mods are human and do make mistakes on occasion.
I know people make mistakes. i mean i do. (nods). This has been going on multiple times with 5 different mods.
We believe that when the rooms are closed they are empty. We would not close them otherwise. We then do a refresh once in the room as an extra check.
This may be a tall order but if when you are active in a private room, and you see a moderator enter, can you take a quick screenshot I wonder and submit that as a support ticket?

Press Windows key + shift + S and a Windows OS laptop will open the snipping tool for you (or Windows key + PrntScn)
It is Shift + CMD + 3 on a Mac.
