Pictures won’t load when messaging

I cannot load pictures from my photo library when chatting - I have to put them in an album. I used to be able to do this then all of the sudden it changed. When I press the camera icon, my only choice is public or private album. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Well, as you very likely know, you do not have any media items in the folders on your profile. You can however use the 'External' option to post YT media and media hosted on other websites. There is no option to upload.

Thank you! I guess I thought I used to be able to load a picture from my camera only to a message to a person I was sending messages to - if that makes sense . They can load pictures to me from their camera which don't go on their profile - sorry if I was confusing... thank you for your help!

You could first upload the photos you would like to share into an album defined as 'private' here - then you still control: which pic, when and by whom those photos can be seen via a (I'm assuming private) message.

You can only "upload" in conversation from your device via Lushmail, the forums and groups.

This option is not available within the Chatroom service.
