Missing Sounds

The sounds when a new message mentioning my name in Chat Rooms has disappeared. Could this please be restored?

Thanks, Angel. However the sounds have been working perfectly for me (and many others) since conversion. Their absence was noted in the Lounge and Eyecandy rooms by multiple posters, about eight hours ago. The only place they did NOT work was in private rooms,

Everytime I join the chatroom, I go straight to settings, tick the CHAT, PVT MESSAGE, MENTION under PLAY SOUND then close. It may be ticked but I'll uptick and save then go back into settings and tick then close.

That's the way around. I joined chat now and hear nothing as I haven't messed w/ settings.
