Help me please!

Hi everyone I'm having problems with lush

For some reason I am appearing offline all the time when I'm not I can't use the chat windows and the little black boxs messenger doesn't work either

Please someone help me!

Try clicking on "Account."

Then, when it takes you to the page, look at the left-hand column of "Update Your Details."

Choose "Online Status."

Have a look at the drop-down box. Make sure you have either "Only people on my friends list" or "Any member" ticked.

Under that, it will tell you if you are set to "Away" or "Online." It will also give you the option to change it.

You can also change that by clicking up near the little envelope that links to your messages. Make sure it is set to to "online" if it says "away."

I hope that helps? If not, try clearning your cookies and cache, and log back in.

If it still isn't working, post again, and the Tech Monkey will no doubt fiddle with your buttons for you as soon as he is able.

Thank you for the reply it didn't work it says my status is online but I'm not I'm wondering if its my iPad ?????

I can't help but I believe a few people have been having problems with iOS6 and the site. Hopefully the tech guy will be able to sort out your problem or whatever wider problem with compatibility there might be.

What web browser are you using? I was told to not use firefox which was my normal browser but to instead use google chrome or Internet explorer.
other than that im not quite sure. Hope this helped

I use IE and have no trouble with lush.
