I recently purchased a brand new Mac computer and soon discovered that Safari, the preloaded browser, was terribly incompatible with Lush. Using Safari is a nightmare. The pages jump almost uncontrollably. Typing comments and Forum posts is like playing a video game so to speak, the results highly unpredictable. Voting on stories... well that has been tricky. So far I don't think I've accidentally scored anything wrong. I next downloaded Firefox and discovered it was pretty much the same. Gav has suggested Chrome. I will download that tomorrow. If that one does the trick, I will recommend it to Mac users.
No problem at all with safari on my mac
I use nothing but Chrome these days.
My Macbook (purchased 2007) does LUSH ok on Firefox. Safari is OK sometimes and at other times is extremely slow. I think part of that is a time-of-day issue.
I'll rank them:
1. Chrome
2. Firefox
3. Safari
No problem with Safari on my iMac and iPad. You must have bought your iMac from a toyshop :P
Chrome is the best browser around, on any operating system.
Does anyone have trouble with the chat pop-up window on iPads? Mine keeps freezing and not sending or receiving messages.
I got my iMac at the Apple Store and its brand new. I have 2 older Macs. Safari sucks on all of them and always has. I use Chrome and my back up is Firefox. Safari is nothing but problems.
