Being asked to update my email address

On my 'Home' page I am being asked to update my email address because it says that messages cannot reach me. The email address that you have is correct and I get emails from admin@ telling me that I have new messages in my mail box. I attempted to 'change' my email address where asked in settings but again put in the correct email address that you have. It told me that you already have that address (which obviously you do). I am intrigued about what 'messages' you are trying to send from my 'Home' page and also intrigued as to why you cannot send them as you already have the correct address.

Hi Paul, I've tried to sort it. If you're still getting that message can you raise a support ticket through the link at the bottom of the page?

Thank you, Jen. The message is no longer there but the 'mysterious' messages that Lush had been trying to send have not yet arrived in my email. I am just curious as to what those messages were/are.

Fab, hopefully that's it fixed. I suspect the alert was more to do with the fact that the system couldn't send messages if needed, rather than actually having messages there to send.

I once again have a message asking me to check and/or update my email address as apparently Lush are having trouble notifying me that I have messages.

Firstly, the email address in my settings is correct and also I have been receiving notification emails to that address earlier today so if there is a problem, it is very new.

I can, if necessary, change the email address to which notifications are to be sent.

Can someone please advise if it is necessary to do so?
