Are things functioning properly today?

Can you describe whats happens please, when you select private message, and whether that relates to the Lush rooms or global or both; thanks.

I have just tested this and managed to create a global room, both public and private, from an account with a gold subscription. You say this only started a few days ago. There have been no changes to the rooms recently so has something changed on your device?

No changes on my device. It’s as though my Gold membership isn’t implemented.

When trying to create a global chat room were you in a global room at the time or a Lush room?

In the Lounge. I get the same grayed-out Private non-option no matter what region.
