That's like asking if every gay guy has an anal fetish. No they don't. Plenty are only turned on by oral sex.
The fact that women don't have the added stimulus of the prostate, makes me think that less women have an anal fetish than men.

Exactly. While I've known plenty of men that enjoy prostate or anal play, most women I've had intimate experience with seem to take anal play as either a warm up or in addition to (if they're interested at all), rather than the main event. For me, anal play can be satisfying enough to be the main event.
