I try and hit the gym around 2 or 3, not as crowded.
I am a creature of habit, I think. In summer, I wake early at 6 am, do a little stretching and run about 3 km most days. I go to my regular yoga class twice a week, and the gym in-between this.
In winter, I wake up and do an hour's yoga mainly toning and energising. Keep to my regular yoga classes, but go to the gym in between, usually before lunch.
I prefer to keep the evenings open - there are other exercises I like to do.
This is my collection of muses and stories. Stories of note include:
Little Bird - A true story of submission and dominance set in Paris between an older couple and their younger lover.
Le Weekend - Six lives intertwined during one weekend create events that change their lives forever.
Early evenings. I work out at home, I’m not a gym person. A mix of walking, rowing, weights, and a tread-climber. I like to stay limber, and though I do physical work most days, I usually have a lot of energy in the evenings. Of course, if my wife wants to help use up that energy she has first dibs 😎
I used to prefer running and working out early in the day.
I still like to run early, it's good for my headspace, but lately I have been enjoying going to the gym between 10am and midday.
I seem to write a story every 1.5 years on average.

I have a dog, so a walk before and after work is a must, then I also exercise (cardio) in the afternoon (evening, depends on my other responsibilities) and one to two walks with the dog before bedtime. I usuay spent at least two hours outside with the dog every day, more on weekends or when I don't have to go to work.
I exercise in the morning. I'll usually start somewhere around 8:30-9:30am. I PREFER to exercise around that time at night, though. For myself, historically, that's when I manage to burn more fat, and that timeframe helps to keep my insatiable desire for snacking under control. So, I burn off excess calories from the day, it stops me from erasing any deficit I may have managed, and I start the next day as calorically clean as possible. It's unfortunate that my life doesn't allow me to exercise at night anymore, as it was far more effective for me, but that's life. I'm just happy that I can still fit it into my schedule.
