What time of day do you prefer to work out?

Usually around 6pm I think about exercise for about 1 minute and then open a tin of lager instead.
Late at night around 11:00 pm - 12:00 am before bed or early in the morning 4:30 am - 6:30 am

i've recently discovered i can't run worth shit in the morning. not that i ever can, but i'm especially bad in the morning. 9 pm or after seems to be my preference.

I think it makes sense to work out when you feel like it. Now in the summer I like working out before school, like 5 or 6 in the morning. The gym is empty, the showers are not as crowded and it feels nice to go to school with a good pump.
Whenever my wife tells me it's time to work out.

I joined a gym a year ago today and tracked over 150 visits (so an average of 3 visits per week). Most days I get there between 5:30 and 6:00 pm, staying between 1 and 2 hours. This might not be my ideal workout time but it works with my work schedule and personal life comings-and-goings and I’ve become accustomed to the other regulars that I see around this time, be it new friends or just some scenery/eye-candy.

At times, I’ve managed to get in workouts really late at night (10:00 pm to midnight) and super early in the morning (5:00 to 7:00 am) and given the choice between the two, I think I’m more of a night owl. However, I have noticed that the early crowd tends to be those in much better shape which is both encouraging and intimidating.

I’m thinking of joining a second gym as i don’t want to lose the community of my current gym but I would also like to get back into lap swimming, something I did religiously in high school. I have no idea what the hours/crowds are like there, however, so my workout times might need to change some.

I can’t think of a good tagline so this will have to do. Suggest a better one for me?

I prefer to run in the morning, between 5-8am but gym in the afternoon.

I find running easy, always have. I love to run to a sunrise along the River Thames, it just puts me in a good place mentally...

But gym kills me so I dont want to be useless at work all day! smile

Several times a day.I have a small gym in my house and if I'm having trouble sleeping I just get up and lift for an hour, hop on the tread mill and run uphill for maybe 45 minutes.After the sweat is running off of me like a river I will masturbate and usually I sleep like a baby after that😜
