My last published story: Good For Nothing
I run to the best songs of Vixen . Its part of my routine at the gymn usually near the end of 1.5 hours. The 35 minutes are all videos of this hard rock Group with a beautiful and octavepella voice of Janet Gardner. Most of you have probably heard of the Top 40 hit Edge of a Broken Heart written by Richard Marx. Check it out your ll forget that your running with the awesome guitar rifts and the power lyrics.
Don't judge, but it varies on what I'm doing. Mostly 90s hip hop/rap, angry/aggressive songs, and horror movie scores.
I have a new story out! Wish You Were Here A teasing sub may I have pushed too far, but the punishment is oh so sweet.
If you haven't already, please check out my story with leftlingula. A husband and wife rediscovered each other and It all started with one simple word...

I basically train like olympic weightlifters did back when Count Every Star by the Ravens came out (1950). This is footage of myself around Christmas 2018, when I was training the Clean & Press (strict) while doing sets of 3 for a heavy session, listening to that song. I always feel like pressing iron when I hear Count Every Star! It makes me think of John Davis (HW world/olympic champion in 1938 and 1946-1952. He was treating 285 lbs like I treat 205 here).
Back then, there was a gym in Philly where I'd have been welcome to train for free, as they gave free pass for any lifter who could press 200 lbs or more. The Clean & Press is a lost art. One tip: I strongly contract my lats as I initiate the press and this helps my shoulders to get that barbell moving. Listening to jazz also helps!
Other favorites when I lift... Harlem Nocturne and Flamingo by Earl Bostic, Ganz Paris träumt von der Liebe by Caterina Valente, Chanson d'Amour by Art & Dotty Todd. I also love the Rivieras' version of Count Every Star (1958).
Sometimes, I want to reconnect with my 16-yo self and think of Shinehead's Gimme No Crack! I sometimes listen to this too! I love this early sound of rap. I quickly got to like it back in the day!
Not smoking crack also helps with the Press and Deadlift, big time!Erik Satie for yoga... I love this, other than sex, the perfect start to my day.
This is my collection of muses and stories. Stories of note include:
Little Bird - A true story of submission and dominance set in Paris between an older couple and their younger lover.
