Been going to the gym recently and enjoying weight training. Only do a little cardio on the crosstrainer to warm up atm 'cause I'm asthmatic and since having covid several times it's been really problematic. Also some stretch because I have severe spasticity from a neurological condition. Hoping to get back to Pole Fitness eventually.
Lift weights,Run,Walk,Swim ,body surf ,hiking ,biking ,sex not necessarily in that order
Didn't go to the gym today. Bestie took me to her boyfriend's circuit class he teaches instead. I am dead 💀 Entire hour doing laps, press-ups, walking out press-ups, burpies, kettlebell swings, crunches, squats, wall squats in teams and running up the stairs. I almost puked. I much prefer weight training but I'll hopefully see progress sooner.
