HIIT calisthenic workouts alternating with yoga on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6:30 a.m.

My schedule is very similar to your.

3 hours Facebook in the morning and 2-3 hours of after dinner.
Tracey Anderson work outs on my laptop because I'm not allowed outside.
I do two sets of sitting excercises and then i go out on the bike and do 15-20 miles
