Im a mum of two beautiful daughters under the age of 6 and since having my youngest have gained a lot of weight, I let it slide as I was happy and content until one day noticing just how much weight I had gained after people were pointing it out to me.
I started a diet of low carbs and high protein with vitamins and supplements needed to help. Started in the first week of May and since then have lost just over 2 stone and it's coming off me from every part of my body except my muffin. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and this past couple of weeks I've upped both my cardio and weights but am still struggling to loose the inches. I do a lot of work on my abs, bum and thighs but don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
Any help and advice would be fab.
