People who don't work,but constantly ask to be loaned money. One who gets a check asked for a loan only 13 days into the month 10 days after his check came. Don't get me wrong if he had been hungry I'd have fed him, but not for a can of snuff for dipping. People who cant park anywhere except right in front of the doorway of a business blocking the ramp for people who need it. Having to answer stupid questions "smart people" should know the answer themselves. The list could go on forever.
