Why are off-the-shoulder tops, or other styles that bare the shoulders without necessarily baring other parts, so goddamn sexy? I was just out for lunch and the hostess in the restaurant had a top that left just one shoulder bare and I just couldn't keep my eyes off it. She was pretty hot to start with, but that touch was just irresistible to my eyes. And she's not the first woman who's caught my eye with that look.
And I don't really notice the shoulders when it's a bathing suit or tube top, or something that bares more, it's when they are the only part bare. Maybe that's the answer? If they are the only thing bare, that hint of nudity makes them attractive? Or is it more?
