New here! How do I find people to safely chat and cyber with?

I'm new here(I am but my account isn't.) I made this account when I was about 16 with the intent of making sex stories but kind of never got around to it. I'm now 18 and I wish to try to start writing stories and finding people to chat/cyber with. Also my username is more of a reflection of my tastes when I was younger, I'm now more of a switch with leanings toward the submissive. Anyone have any tips for writing. I also want tips for cybering/chatting, I've never had cybersex before so I'm looking forward to meeting new people. newb

Welcome!

The easiest way to find someone to chat with is in the chat rooms. This can lead to private chat, cyber, etc.

As far as being safe, just stay guarded, especially in terms of sharing personal information.

And be wary of those who want to chat offsite ( , , etc.) right from the beginning. I wouldn't trust them.

I agree. try the chat rooms first. Also, I would suggest using some picture for your avatar. Even if it is one of the Lush pictures. I know I like chatting with someone who has some sort of pic that represents who they are.

All of the above is good advice. However the rooms initially can be somewhat daunting for new female members .. you will see what I mean if you go that route. See it as a new experience, a learning curve, somewhere to have lots of fun but at the same time be on your guard and be prepared to say NO and use the features of the site to assist you. There are plenty of members who will help a new member out and look out for the chat room moderators. However if you see one that looks like a skunk .. dont interact with him .. hes a smelly old git.

In terms of writing you need to go to the forums .. there is a pile of good advice and tips there.

I simply just ask if people would like to chat, share experiences, cyber, or what have you and let them come to me first about off site chat and decide from there I do or not yet. If you would like, I would love to chat with you
