To answer the question though, I haven't and I don't think I'm ever planning to.

I would make the point that all paid sex is not equal. A $50 quickie from a street hooker is going to be a different experience from a "date" with a $200-300 an hour escort. I've used the latter and had some very good times (and even the bad ones weren't terrible). The women at this level tend to take care of themselves and focus more on building and maintaining a clientele so the experience tends to be better. I've even had some good non-sexual experiences with these ladies (just lying around their work apartment with a drink chatting and such). So, I'd say that at one level, comments like malebox's apply, but it doesn't have to be that way. It is very YMMV.
