LOVE chatting and sharing pics with the folks here! So easy to do from my desktop, but on my phone or tablet, it's an exercise in frustration. I prefer to cut and paste image URLs, but neither my browser nor the Tumblr app seem to offer that option. Any suggestions from the more tech-savvy among you, either here or in PM, would be appreciated.
Can you navigate through apps or juggle several windows at the same time?
Maybe you can do your homework ahead of chatting time. Google the images, follow the tumblr links (from the search result, not from the app), copy the url onto a Notepad or similar apps, then you can just copy/paste from that list during chat sessions.
Tumblr and many tablets don't get along well, due to the large amount of gifs I imagine. You can hold your finger on an image from gis and it should pop up with a menu, then you can select copy image url and paste it into chat tab. I use chrome browser on my tablet, dolphin will do this also
