Pop up the other day. This shows when it expires. I have not seen it again. but I did take a screenshot. based on the day I got it. Seems like it ends. November 17th or 18th. It seemed kind of odd. When anyone advertises Black Friday specials. either it's for that day. or all the days up to. and including. Fri, Nov 29, 2024

I would think you would have the countdown timer on the. ad all the time. that would have been much better.

Just my thoughts

For the last few years, I've done R & D work for UI "User interface" for Security Camera Systems and Point of Sale cash register systems. I create most of my own content here, I would rate it a 2 out of 10, just quickies, after all, I'm not getting paid for it. I've always worked with a multitude of Adobe products but mostly illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Years ago, I was an R & D technician. For Codex Corporation, Mansfield Mass. Backbone delivery equipment for what we now call the Internet. Dabbled in web design PHP, MariaDB, and UI scripting.

I think Black Friday has just now become a term used to denote a significant sale and it is no longer just for 29th November. Certainly lots of online retailers have had Black Friday deals going for some weeks now and typically do not say when they finish. Amazon I note is 21st November - 2nd December.

In the U.S. Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving (Nov 28th this year). Brick and mortar retailers begin their sale prior to this date now to avoid tramplings, etc. Online retailers began their sales earlier and earlier as well with Cyber Monday, Amazon Prime days and the like. An indication as to when the sale ends would be both desirable and helpful.

And that's the most important part.
