Are all sissies sub?

I am exploring all aspects of crossdressing ( and loving it all). I definitely have a sissy side ( see my pink undies and CFM heels) and also I think a little bit of a Domme Mistress too.

I must admit everytime I wear any kind of female clothing or lingerie I instantly feel that I am a sissy sub....to be used.

I think there needs to be a natural genetic make-up to be a true sissy. Something inside them needs to be fulfilled. It's not just the garments; it's deeper than that. The need to be happily taken and used to satisfy another persons needs. The garments help but the natural genetic make-up has to be there.
