As a rough rule of thumb, for me it's older women. That said I don't discriminate if I'm attracted to someone, I'm attracted.
How much 'younger' and how much 'older' is probably relative to yourself, your tastes and own age. I'm late 40's and someone 20 years younger would make me uncomfortable; 20 years older I wouldn't have a problem with. Personal preference.
