I can't quite articulate it exactly but it's something about the way another person just... is. I remember in high school that I would be turned on by the way someone read aloud, spoke when they gave a presentation, or even from the penmanship of their handwriting. It would happen rarely and without any sort of pattern but it would happen nevertheless. Even today, I still find myself, every so often, becoming infatuated with someone as a result of the way they do some mundane action but with a quiet or effortless grace.

Her STYLE... Her sense of humor... A certain GRACE in the way she acts and moves... A QUIET confidence in herself... A GLINT in her eye... Intelligence... A politeness towards others... A KNOWING that she knows I WANT HER... (Her expecting me to EARN that...) A beauty that she's not COMPLICATED by... A gentleness... Her willing to disagree with me about music or politics or ANYTHING...

I think it depends on the situation but I would put these in the list. Most of these aren't things that the woman may be aware of and some are physical and some are certain traits.
Her eyes: It could be as simple as the look of love towards her child.
Her scent: She could be busy in her garden but getting close and smelling her essence can do it for me.
Her stubbornness: When she feels adamant about something.
Her laugh: Even in a room full of people, a real turn on.
Her posture: Seating or standing, how only a woman can, can instill in me a certain desire.
Geez, I could go on but this is a good start.
For me it's really not one thing. I am susceptible to many different looks, sounds or sights. There is a great deal in a woman's face however - I notice eyes and mouth. Whether her voice or laugh is pleasing matters. Some people - men and women - are pretty quick to demonstrate they are A-holes and that sort of attitude can be demonstrated in many different ways. I think posture, or how a woman holds or positions her body matters. I look at her hands, nail polish ( or not). I tend to notice what she has on her feet. Perfume gets my attention. There's no plan, no thought, just reaction.
My wife in super sexy high heels. Mostly because I know that later that night everything else is coming off except for those heels...
