Grip the hooks side between the forefinger and thumb while holding the ring side with you ring finger and the palm of your hand, pull together and lift apart and viola! Time to play with the girls!
One handed is easy. I have actually managed it with a foot before. Accidentally.
I have learned how to do it with my teeth, I must say, this is very fun.
Hooks? Snaps? Hmm. That's why I date short women. I just bend down (I'm 6'4") and grab the material between their tits with my teeth, then stand and toss my head back. Bra flies across the room and lands on my door knob.
Or if the situation calls for it, I just chew through the material. Of course, I buy a lot of bras...

Why are guys saying front fasteners are so hard to handle? I rather like them.
Sometimes, it is more fun NOT to unclasp the bra I think. You just lower the straps so you can "peel it down" and let it spring back in place, only to remove it the same way or unclasp it the second time.
Strapless bras and gowns can be a lot of fun too!
I won't lie. I'm not so good with that. So I've settled on basically ripping the bra off.
They think it's hot anyways..
One handed from the front, sometimes a lot quicker than others depending on the bra.
