No, I would not be offended. At such a venue, it's to be expected that some dudes and maybe some dudettes might be gawking at the hot babe I was escorting. In the same vein, there might be a few guys there scoping me out too. It would be very unlikely that I would approach him however.
If he wanted to fuck the lady I was with and suck my dick or otherwise proposition us...I'd assume he was a big boy and could approach us, himself. I would not feel threatened nor especially turned on, but I would be congenial.
