Here is my take on this question.....
It doesn't matter to me if they are real or fake. What matters to me is that I get to play with them.

It don't matter, boobs are boobs. But then again they are just boobs.
Touch is a much better indicator than visual. At the local strip dive, breast feels are part of the bar tip ritual. One gets to sample quite a few sets over the years and there is a fairly distinct difference.
Personally any of the boobs I've seen that were fake I could tell were fake. I prefer natural boobs. Most of the fake ones look like someone attached a tire pump to her nipple and forgot to take it off soon enough. Most of the time they are too round and look over inflated.
Usually the store bought are too hard looking unless the woman spent some real cash--Also where the job was done and who was the doctor. You get what you pay for--no scars or cut marks
Besides the slight scar on the underside of the breast, the nipple tends to be less centered sometimes. The feel is a bit harder and they tend to not move with the same fluidity as real breasts...
I can and I hate fake boobs far rather real boobs all the time no matter what the size .

Which means I've PROBABLY been with other women who ALSO had???

I can't recall ever being fooled, well, since I've been sexually active. When I was really young, I probably was quite a bit, but had nothing to go off of at the time. Even with big breasts, there is still an appearance of something inside the breast, which for me, is a dead give away. I dated a woman with big, fake breasts, and I knew instantly. Two weeks later, I was able to confirm it. No judgments, though I prefer authentic.
I can spot the obvious ones, but who knows? I have never been with a woman who had fake ones (or admitted it anyway). I prefer real boobs, because I prefer real women. No disrespect to those who have had them, I understand the raising self-esteem aspect of it. No different than me dyeing my snow white goatee (which I stopped doing when I realized the main ingredient was a deadly poison).
Usually you can tell for sure by feel or looking them over for the scar. Certainly there are saltwater implants that closely mimic real ones for squeezability and bounciness. If they sag and have stretch marks then they are probably real and could use a procedure to make them look good again.
Personally I like fake tits and I like real tits, they can be small or big, but mostly I like them firm and perky. I like nipple rings.
I can tell and to be honest I don't like woman with false tits . I would rather have normal tits on a woman no matter what size they are .
Like Big Daddy in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof said.."Mendacity" I think it's a lie to say you don't like them because you think they are fake. I can't usually tell the difference and sure don't care. Bring them to me. I love them all.
I have not had the opportunity to experience fake ones, I have always held natural breasts. So hard to give an opinion on something that I have not experienced

Real boobs in a wonder bra and fake boobs of the same size look exactly the same when girls have tops on
The difference is, when a girl with fake boobs removes her bra, the boobs stay in place.
That might sound like I'd prefer fake ones....but I don't. Real all the way for me, please
But then again, I've never really been too much of a boob man. Sure, I can appreciate a good one (or two), but if I see a nice pair of legs and a bum then I'd be staring until I got punched
I recall when the wonder bra first came out. Didnt take me long to see why they called it the wonder bra. She took it off and you wondered where her boobies went. haha I do like both real and fake boobs. Seen some pretty bad fakes and felt sorry for the gal, but enjoyed them just the same.
I can generally tell the difference just by sight, but can always tell by the feel of the breast.
Its usually pretty easy to tell. Its not a big deal but given the choice I prefer real boobs. What's really important is that women feel good about themselves. If cosmetic surgery gives someone extra confidence I think that wonderful. God knows there are enough thing in this world that tear people down. I love intelligent confident women.
I think I can usually tell the difference. Very fortunate to have a beautiful wife with 38D's and they are au natural!!!!
I can definitely tell the difference. A woman who has had implants installed (for non professional reasons) is going to feel more confident in herself and her sexuality. People in general treat attractive people differently.
To a degree the general public expects attractive people to be more successful than average appearing people. Combining superior physical attributes and confidence gives a lady a leg up in life. This effect is quite noticeable.
