In my sincere opinion and experience, this is fairly accurate, according to the women I've fucked and friendly chit-chat. At least for a first orgasm.

I very much suspect that time includes undressing, foreplay, tea breaks and probably lunch, plus other interruptions such as phone calls, tradesman at the door etc.
