Like anyone else I would have to first be attracted to the person. It would seem to me that this type of person wouldn't be someone that would go around advertising what they are. If this person confided in me, I would say it doesn't matter to me, I find you attractive. Then confide in turn that I'M bisexual & have always wanted to meet someone like you.
For me this could possibly be the ultimate sexual experience. So yes if the opportunity presented it self that way, then yes I would be happy to have sex with them. And I believe the term they prefer is, Trans Gendered. Hermaphrodite is A medical term. From what I have heard they dislike it. Much like the term Shemale. My 2 cents

Yes I would. Sex is sex and if you liked what you saw initially and you are compatible (or horny) enough to want to have sex, what difference would it make.
