I don't think I would mind being called daddy under the right conditions. A good Dom or Master takes care of his girl in much the same way as a Daddy takes care of his daughter... it's not that much of a stretch. And I know there are many women on this site who have a latent desire for a father-figure in their lives. It just depends on the dynamic that two people want to play under. I wouldn't want to do the diaper and pacifier thing but I know some do and are happy with it.
