If you can find "vintage" porn movies/videos...you'll have better luck on plot/story lines. Also, you can observe how things have changed over the last 40-50 years....ie...shaved pussies ... hair styles ... clothing ... and perhaps even word usage. Happy hunting...check 70's.

Yeah, you might be better off with the late sixties through the early eighties in terms of an era of porn where plot is relevant. Ron Jeremy has done some interviews on the subject. use empornium.com because it has plenty of movies that you can find by searching a category, including plot (also has an actor search if he/she has already become famous enough). you don't even have to register just find the movies you like and download from piratebay.
also plotwise consider looking up a good erotic anime/hentai. sometimes they seem better than movies

There are a few mainstream porn movies/production companies that take the time to develop decent plots but I tend to prefer erotic movies if I'm looking for something to follow and get lost in while still getting aroused. A couple of my favourites are All About Anna, 9 Songs and Lie with Me. Each of them have some pretty hot sex scenes with a pretty decent storyline. Again, probably more erotic than mainstream porn but definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something different.
