Not unless her husband (or boyfriend) catches us, and then it's technically not my erection that gets hurt.
But seriously, yes, once, several years ago. My doctor had prescribed Trazodone sleeping pills because i was struggling with insomnia, and one of the rarer side effects (which was not in the standard warnings) is a strong and persistent erection. Lucky me to find that rare shit - it was incredibly hard and would not go away, but the weirdest thing was that there was absolutely zero arousal involved, nor was any necessary. It was almost like there was no sensitivity to touch at all, so masturbation was not really an option.
I didn't realize what had caused it until the second time it happened and I did some deeper research. The danger, of course, is that you're taking a pretty strong sleeping pill and could sleep right thru a 6 or 8 hour hardon, which, as all the ED drug commercials tell us, is not a good thing. I guess your dick falls off after 4 hours or something π²
Anyhow, luck would have it that concentration (like biofeedback) and a cold pack did the job and no ER visit was required. A little embarrassing to have to explain to my doctor (female) why I needed to try something different. I still have the better part of a bottle of Trazodone if anyone wants it...
Sort of like the old joke:
I was visiting my dad in the nursing home when the nurses came around at bedtime and gave everyone a cup of warm milk. For the men, they also gave them a Viagra tablet. I said, "I understand the warm milk to help them sleep, but what's with the Viagra?"
She said, "That keeps them from rolling out of bed."
