I change the art on my walls fairly often. I change the background on my laptop and the home screen of my phone.
As a point of interest, yes, I can find some tats attractive on a woman. But I don't feel like they would hold long term allure.

But then again I am not a big fan of altering a body through unnatural ways. I believe hard work at the gym, eating right, and treating your body with respect will make you sexier and give you a sense of well being far more that cosmetic surgery or body art.
