I'm going to second Lorenzo's answer. Big can be nice, but it's hardly the only thing that can make for a "nice pair" and most of the women I've been interested in have actually had fairly small breasts (can't quantify because I don't really go around measuring them).
Of course, boobs aren't only thing that gets my attention but I'm a boob guy so I do tend to pay a fair bit of attention to them, more so than ass or legs. Pretty face, long hair, and a winning (to me) personality are equally, in not more, important when it comes to actually being interested in a woman rather than just scoping her out.
