Partly because, while I am stronger than I look, I myself have a more slim build (it's just in the genes). I basically have the physique of a cross country runner, though I certainly have more muscle than those body types usually have when they are in their peak runners form.
So I like a relatively similar body type. Not exactly the same though. I've been with a girl pretty thin before and that wasn't really comfortable at all. I do like beautiful muscle tone on a girl. It all depends on height really. I want you HEALTHY looking. Not like you need to eat several cheeseburgers. And I prefer the ability to be to say, go for a run with her hav her keep up / do adventurous sports related activities/ etc.

I love women of all shapes and sizes. What I am not attracted to regardless of whether she has a barbie doll figure or the exact polar opposite is a woman with an attitude. Snobby, bitchy, whatever you wish to call it, all it does is make a woman look ugly instantly (regardless of her beauty) and there is no coming back from that.
