Any infertile married men here? How do you deal with the wish of having kids?

We had fertility issues but never quite pinned down where the problem was so I still don't really know whether I am infertile or not. Some of my sperm analyses were better than others. Ended up using IVF with success. He's in university now.

I was told I had a low sperm count. We were pretty aggressively active so I never had too much of a chance to build my count. We were married 11 years before getting pregnant.
