Why do other girls don't know that they reached orgasm?

It certainly has to do with the fact that female orgasms are a lot less clear/distinct than male orgasms.

It's a bit harder to define what's an orgasm in the case of females. Is every of those peak actually an orgasm, or just the highest one? What if she feels a tiny peak at the bottom of a pit, would that be an orgasm?
I'm a man, but if anyone cares to hear the male's perspective, the orgasms of my partners are often 'elusive' to me when I'm having sex; I wouldn't be really able to tell how many orgasms my partner has reached during a session. I always know when I reach a climax. I haven't had an orgasm from anal sex, but have climaxed during anal sex by playing with my clit at the same time as being fucked. By the chart, we have an orgasm when we climax. So multiple orgasms are close together climax points and they have always been different intensity levels (at least for me).

I created these charts myself by the way, so don't take them as 'objective science'. But I do believe they're representative of the orgasms of each gender.
And yes, stimulating more than one erogenous zone at once makes the problem even more complex. I created this thread a short while ago about different types of orgasms that women can experience, and some women responded that they can achieve breasts/skin/mental orgasms. I'm not sure if those would be considered legitimate orgasms by some other women, and even then this raises the question as to which intensity an orgasm must have to really be called an 'orgasm'.

Would the peak identified by the red dot be considered an orgasm? That whole peak is actually pretty low in terms of intensity compared to the rest of the curve; it's even lower than the pit identified by the blue dot. Of course this is all very theoretical, but it's not that dissimilar from a few situations I've encountered with some girls.
