I used to more but my hubby is pretty much fulfilling my needs now. So maybe once every 2 or so months. There was once apon a time that I would do it every day or 2... not his fault - we just got to learn about each other better. Absolutely to orgasam - otherwise what's the point? What causes?: being horny and hubby being away.
It just feels so good and it relaxes me. I do it daily.
