Personally I prefer a partner who is around my own age, still being fairly young at 21, 2 or 3 years younger would be fine, and up to 6 years older is also fine. Anyone outside of that window I would have to think about and weigh the good with the bad before I make a choice.

When it comes down to it, it's more about the person and not the age. Typically I like 10+ years older (not for traditional 'relationships' but more so alternative). I have met a couple of guys actually younger than me that have the maturity of a 35 year old though. But as for turn ons, I love 10-20 years older.
