I think this is probably a ver stereotypical men fantasy. A girl that gets so fucking horny that she will hump anyone with a dick. But does it really work this way? Do you lower the standards of how attractive/nice a man needs to be based on how horny you get?
Men from my own experience will compromise based on how blue their balls get.

I agree with Dancing Doll on this. Being drunk definitely does make things look better than they are sometimes. There's an old Heart song called White Lightning and Wine with the line

Personally, I do wear the "beer goggles" sometimes. I seem to have beer, get a buzz, get horny, etc.... But it seems the guys are mostly still decent looking afterward.

I do often wonder, as women too have their own powerful sex drive, why it is so often the man who will be left hoping for a tasty morsal while the female gets her choice simply by sending the most subtle of signals? Numerically women actually are a slightly larger portion of our population so it is not simply an issue of availability.

Is it a cultural affect? Men traditionally have been the ones expected to make the first move. Somehow though I feel it must be more deeply ingrained then that. Perhaps it is simply hard wired into both sexes.

In the natural world it is most often the male who must impress the female and those males who possess the grandest plumage are the ones first chosen as mates.

I think this must be the case and if so that would indicate that the natural standards of males are hard wired to be lower then that of females. We're are in the end ruled as much or more by nature then we would like to believe.

I have a couple of girlfriends that have worn thick beer goggles before - enough so that I've had that "omg, what are you doing?" feeling while watching them at 3am at the bar before I take my taxi home. My standards dont really change when I get super horny. I always figure if I am looking for a guy and/or girl, if I dont find what I want I can always please myself so no reason to settle. For me it's more a case of....the more horny I am the more likely I am to go back to someone that I perhaps shouldn't go back to (ie. someone that wants more than just sex with me, when that's all I'm looking for).

Thankfully, as a girl, it's pretty easy to find a reasonably attractive, no strings attached, not an utter asshole of a guy to have sex with so it is quite rare that I do the above. What you're describing might occur with sex addicts, where the longer they go without it, the less discriminating they become. Though, from what I've read, sex addicts are fairly consistently indiscriminate about it.
