From my experience some suggestions. Anything you put into your body changes the quality of your bodily fluids. If you drink more water they tend to be thinner, and less pungent. If you eat things with powerful flavours some of those can be transmitted to your fluids. If you're starting out swallowing them, be a good boy and drink lots of water, keep your foods light.

. In all seriousness though, I've always swallowed... its less mess. The taste certainly can vary between the person but is typically kind of bland but i've been with some guys, mostly super healthy guys who consume lots of fruit and they were on the sweeter side.
