Strangers for a Day?

My lady and I are going to a convention in a little over a week and we are planning on having our own little game going during an event. This game is called "Strangers for a Day" in which each person takes on a persona that differs from their own and role plays that out for the duration of the event and after wards once we get into the bedroom. Problem is I am not really sure which things need addressing when coming up with a persona that is different from my self and that is still intriguing. Any help would be very welcomed especially from a female point of view.

I'd be careful of the bedroom persona stuff, the outer stuff is easy, but being much more dominant (or submissive) in the bedroom could freak both of you out if you're not used to it. Accents are fun, being a James Bond type, having her be Miss Scarlet, etc, etc are all very fun. Just decide on limits beforehand...nothing as awkward that particular game going wrong in public...:-)
