I can’t see why there would be a problem wearing stockings under your jeans. The problem I see in that picture is wearing black stockings with ivory shoes, and open heel shoes at that. No and not with those type of heels especially if they’re dark. Dark stockings go with dark stilettos or boots if you have to but even so, I’d skip them.
