BOTH. I think it really depends on mood, however.

Both definitely have their time, and for me it solely depends on my mood at the time. As DD pointed out changing things up is always fun. I enjoy starting out slow and then things get so heated and hot that all bets are off and things become so passionate that you just can't wait and clothes are being thrown across the room.
