Had that experience...
and hated it lol I had a migraine attack and they were too loud!
Definitely not a turn on..
I used to travel a lot on business, and some years ago I was alone in a hotel in British Columbia, utterly exhausted after a long day of travel and meetings. In the small hours I was woken up by this rhythmic banging sound against the wall. It took me a few moments to orient myself and then I realized from the masculine grunts and the feminine moans that the couple in the next door room were hard at it. At first I was annoyed, then I was aroused, and then...
Heard it a few times, definitely a turn on. Most of the time it's me being that loud though, ha!
It wasn't a turn on but their moaning and grunting was hilarious.
More than once. We even saw a couple fucking right in the picture window of their hotel room with the blinds open. We just stood there and watched them, which is what we assumed they wanted. lol
Have any of y'all lived in a coed dorm at college/university? And those thin dorm walls...
Then there was the fraternity house. Girlfriends and groupie girls slept over every night. Not only did you hear fucking every night, there was a continual chorus of moaning, groaning, pounding, squeaking beds hitting the wall, and 'fuck me's!' If you got up to go to the bathroom in the night, you might pass a semi-naked chick in the hall or catch one sitting on the toilet seat.
Well, it was entertaining, though not condusive to sleep.
I've encountered quite a few fuckathons in the next hotel room on my travels too, and dished out a few.
I'd likely find it arousing and be inclined to stop and listen in...with two exceptions:
1) Got the kids in the hotel room with us;
2) Got important business meetings the next day and really need undisturbed sleep.
Noisy guests (not sex - voices, music, drunk) would be the biggest problem. -
Women having noisy sex features second - read a lot. Adjoining rooms are the biggest source - Hallways ? As people hearing it are moving past, rarely do we get a complaint. - but it happens and can be heard. If we get complaints it is from the occupants of the rooms -because people knock on the door and dissapear. They never tell us why though. The CCTV will let us know who it was knocking but its never followed up unless it is seen as harrisment.
Often a phone call to the room will quieten it down - mabe she has cum by then.
Since we have given head boards away we no longer get the banging of it against the wall.
The thing that we find interesting - we get the noise complaints at all times of the day - and night.
Women laughing out loud particularly in the dining rooms/lounges, also rates highly.
Women seem to be the biggest offenders and we have no idea why.
Anyone have this happen? - Yes.
What did you do? - Exchanged smiles with my gf and continued on to our room.
Was it a turn on, funny, gross or annoying? - Really none of them. Certainly neither gross nor annoying. Maybe funny. Peeps are known to have sex after all...
Not a turn on, especially when tired and trying to get some rest. Then again just hearing other people in their rooms regardless of whether they are having sex annoys me.
